My name is Brianne Villano and I help companies understand and get excited about customer experience and what it can do for their business.

I've spent the last eight years in customer experience and account management in the SaaS and biotech space.

I want to help businesses make customer-inspired process and product decisions, and understand that 80% of their company’s future revenue will come from just 20% of their existing customers.

My goal is to ingrain customer experience in the culture of the company - from support agents to CEOs - and to streamline both the customer's and team members' relationship with the product or service their company provides.
